Beginning this summer we are requiring our students progressing into grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 to read during the summer. Included below are a series of suggested books for the students to choose from at their upcoming grade level. These books are available in libraries, used book stores, local book stores and in paperback copies. Our hope would be that the children read more than these selections. Learning assessments, tests, quizzes, etc. will be given to all students the first week of school as they begin their reading class to assure that students do the reading.
